Preflop and flop are standard. Check behind on turn is good too.

Any reads on villain? Does he like to bluff rivers? There was no flushdraw on the flop, but his weak bet does scream a draw to me. That, or a AT-kinda hand. He could see your check on the turn as weakness and bet accordingly. I think I would call the $5 bet and expect to loose a significant amount of the time...

He can have a lot of hands that beat you on the flop, that you beat on the river. Combine that with your check on the turn which he can see as weakness and I think the river is a marginal call, you will see a Q a lot of the time. the odds you get a below 1:3 which makes it a tough call.
