UTG was a decent tag who was capable of laying down hands. Called the minraise on the flop with plans of shoving a non club turn thoughts?

I would have 3bet pf and gone from there. As played I think you have to raise the flop but slow down after that.

Re-raise PF get it heads up to the flop, outplay him.

agree, reraise preflop to make it a HU pot, that would completely change the hand.
As played reraise his obvious weak cbet on the flop, if you still get a lot of action on the turn slowdown and maybe even drop your TPTK. It is a multiway pot, 10nl, people call with all kind of hands, so your TPTK is not good most of the times in these kind of spots

If you're not going to reraise preflop, which is fine since he's utg and you're read is that he's tight, then I think you played it fine.

i usually reraise AQs preflop. and i LOATHE getting check minraised on the flop. that almost surely makes me fold even though its a "small raise" (only double yours) really only big hands do things like that at this level, in my experiance. then a .3 bet into a 3 1/2 dollar pot and your raise is no goot. if he'll fold he'll fold to a smaller raise and it'll risk much less.

as played, i'm folding to check min-raise.
