If your folding the turn to a blank, why call the flop raise?

what hand do you put villain on?

even though this guy is a nit, the fact that you weren't rr'ed pf means you are probably good here. he's probably got 88-TT, but he could be getting frisky w/a lower pp and have you on overs.

If you are folding the turn to a bet, why call the flop check-raise from a tight player?

Are you hoping he checks and we can see another card? (serious question)

I think you can call down profitably here. Call a non-spade non AKQ river. Villains get funny on paired boards.

Yeah...you've got the best overpair here. If he's a nit then he's 3-bett'n that preflop with QQ+. I call down.
