This is by far the best evidence for Creationism. Since the Earth is 6,000 years old, dinosaurs were on the Ark (http://www.answersingenesis.org/docs2001/dinos_on_ark.asp).

Key facts:

- dinosaurs don't have labels saying how old they are
- some dinosaurs were smaller than chickens
- the average dinosaur was "probably" the size of a small horse
- big dinosaurs like the Brachiosaurus "were probably “teenagers” or young adults".
- "By the way, only 11% of all land animals are larger than a sheep."
- "The T. rex once was a vegetarian"

Thank God these people spent $25 million on a Creation Museum (http://www.detnews.com/2005/religion/0509/27/A04-328981.htm) to spread this truth.

Seriously, before we mock our enemies for their religious beliefs, perhaps we should look at our own. Apparently polls indicate 45% of Americans believe that humans were created 10,000 years ago or less.

It's interesting how people can live their life based on certain beliefs but disregard enormous logic holes in those beliefs.

America is a very interesting country to say the least.
45 pro cent really think that?

It not at all surprising, considering most people believe history began when they were born.

A full 11% are larger than sheep? I'm thinking that there are more rats than horses.

Yeah, I clicked this thread because 11% seems way large to me. Even if you only look at mammals.

Maybe they mean 11% of species, not individual animals. That still seems way too big though.

More on T. Rex from a VP of said museum in Kentucky...

[ QUOTE ]
"We call him our 'missionary lizard,' " Looy says. "When people realize the T. rex lived in Eden, it will lead us to a discussion of the gospel. The T. rex once was a vegetarian, too."

[/ QUOTE ]

I laughed.

Polls taken last year showed that 45 percent of Americans believe that God created humans in their present form 10,000 years ago (or less) and that man shares no common ancestor with the ape. Only 26 percent believe in the central tenet of evolution, that all life descended from a single ancestor.

Another poll showed that 65 percent of Americans want creationism taught alongside evolution.

[/ QUOTE ]

That's an awful lot of Americans that won't get the joke.

The construction of this museum is pretty harmless. Sure, the spread of misinformation is a plague on men but I'm far more concerned with the influence Pat Robertson's Law School (http://www.regent.edu/acad/schlaw/) has.

All these years, I thought the dinosaurs drowned in the flood, and it was their inability to swim that caused them to go extinct. Thanks for clearing everything up. I’m happy to see that for $12.99, we can learn the new, cutting edge theories on the ice age. And for $39.99, we can get the hard hitting series that teaches us the origin of the races. Oh, and don’t forget, for an additional $12.99 , we can critically learn about all of cosmology theories.

Amen Brother, the ministry must go on (http://www.answersingenesis.org/PublicStore/)

Incredible Creatures That Defy Evolution, Vol. 1
by Dr. Jobe Martin

Price: $22.99
Format: DVD
Length: 50 mins.
Ages: 12 & up
Publisher: Reel Productions
Are there really creatures that produce fire to defend themselves? How does a giraffe get a drink of water without lethal blood pressure exploding his brain? How can geckos walk upside down and not fall? Powerful evidence proves that animal designs can be attributed only to a creator and cannot be explained by evolution.

Yeah I thought that also, but if you go by individual animals, WAY less than 1% are larger than a sheep. Even species seems way too big because their are so many kinds of insects.

I could be wrong on what the definition of a land animal is.

My favorite quote.

"A Christian doesn’t have to have a blind faith to believe that there really was an Ark. What the Bible says about the Ark can even be measured and tested today."

Lol, if you believe in anything that is theoretically possible its not blind faith.

Unlike some of their statements, this one is not off by a factor of one million.
