Villian is 65/35/5 over 400 hands

What is the villian's mini-reraise range on turn? And yes I know my turn check raise was not great...

Better queens/full houses

Annoyingly, he's probably got you beat, but I would call, for now.

I don't think the turn screwplay is really that bad against this guy, by the way. It just kind of starts to seem like it once he re-pops you.

his stats are insane so i dont think you can fold to this min raise

I would just bet the turn for value and not get tricky against such a player.

he plays 65% of hands preflop
he raises 35% preflop [out of 100% of hands]
he has an aggression factor of 5 (he bets/raises 5x more than he calls)

however, after 65 hands this is not enough to be sure, just an indication of how he's played recently.

OP, I would bet 2/3 pot on the turn. Call a small raise and see if you boat up /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

If he is tricky enough and only thinks what he has and not his opponent, I can see him having AA or KK there despite his 35% preflop raises.

I can see him not giving you any credit for the queen, for sure.

But it will be so seldom that folding against that range might still be profitable.

I think against that kind of guy I shove his minraise all day. The only hands that beat you are 44 99 and Qx. But he may minraise with TT+, flush draws and T9+ too. So I shove.

So you think the 35% preflop raises guy would limp TT+? I can give him credit for AA, maybe KK. Not TT-QQ.
