I think I can find a call on the river, he could be doing it with JJ or QQ as well a weak bluff so why not. Although this is an ace a lot.

Ya an ace a lot but you're getting 4:1 on a river call, so I think in a reraised pot a busted flush draw or smaller PP bets this river often enough.

This is a must call, this could easily be a lower pocket pair.
