im completely weak and would probably let it go. i think that a 5 is definitely part of his blind battle range. you do have more outs to improve, couple of sixes and some possibly tainted aces. he could be doing this with air as well because that seems like a really large raise although if he knows squat, he could be raising since he doesnt think that flop hit your raising range. even if you hit an A on the turn, he still has you beat if he has a 5.

you dont have a ton of money invested thusfar and calling that large raise could force you to see the showdown. you have 8 and change behind after you call and with the pot being 6.60, a turn bet/call commits you i think.

Without a read I'm mucking this. Out of position this hand will be extremely difficult to play on the turn and river no matter what card comes off.

The $3 bet from him is a push.

Ah crap, my fault. I think since it's a shove I am actually calling. Most 10nl players are NOT shoving a 5 here, and are probably pushing most pairs >88 preflop. To me, his shove represents any 6, a straight draw, or even something like AT high.

Given stack sizes, easy call.

If this were 100BB deep, it'd be an easy fold.

I'd call, I never give shortstacks credit.
