I have a cash out question about netellar

I cashed out about 4000 from poker loco and orginally deposited 1000 using netellar

so i asked pokerloco to send me the money via cheque and it says in there cash out details that they will first have to send the 1000 back to my netellar account but i thought netellar isn't accepting money from gambling sites anymore so how will this work >?
