I've only been at the table for a couple orbits and I don't know anything about the villain other than he seems tight. My image is probably pretty LAG as I haven't shown down a hand and have been open raising often. I think this hand is fairly straight forward, I'm just wondering if this is a call getting a little bit worse than 2-1 on the flop.

Based on PF and flop action, I think we can put him on either an overpair, AKs/AQs/AJs, or a set, with a slim possibility that he flopped the straight.

If he's unknown to you, then you're unknown to him, which means he's probably giving a lot of credit to your PF 3-bet. He's saying he can either beat something like aces, or has a very strong draw to do so.

I'd believe him. You've got 10 outs AT MOST to improve, and some of those may be dirty.

I think doppel has it perfect.

His raise does a good job protecting whatever the hell he has on that drawy board. His range easily includes sets, two pair, overpairs, and flopped straights so I'd definately muck. Who knows how many clean outs you have.

Yeah, looks like a pretty easy fold.

I actually called like a chump, and lost against 99.
