CO needs strong PF raise numbers to be repopping AQo OOP, but that's common and I have no reason to think it's not the case here. Aside from that it's generally standard, although the flop bet does smell of "please go away." I'd bet more, because if you had one of the hands you're representing, you'd absolutely love that flop.

even though you may very well have the best hand, i think this is a pretty standard fold. he open raised from the CO so we may very well be ahead here, but it's not worth it.

I almost always reraise AQo oop, except when villain is 18/10 or so. So I guess I should be more selective when 3-betting oop?

I understand what you're saying, but that's too tight for me. Folding a top 5% hand against a guy likely raising 20%+ of his holdings just seems excessive.

so are you advocating a turn push ai after he raises? (i'm really posting this just for my own benefit. i just wanted to work the #'s and see if i'm following your logic) he would only need to call $9.50 into a $90.25 pot to showdown, so at that point he's calling down. as a result we're basically betting our final 34.50 for 99.75 giving us ~ 1:2.9 on a push. if he's raising w/Ax suited, broadways, all pp, suited connectors, and suited one gappers, we're in coinflip range on the turn (just and estimate say 40%), so pushing is +ev here. just wondering if that's your logic or if i'm way off/over thinking.

edit: by the above logic, should we just lead the turn w/a ~psb or an ai?
