I've been LAGgy since arriving at this table, no history with the villian except the hand before he blasted me off a missed club draw on the river.

That flop sucks but are there enough draws here that a call is okay?

In my experience when people talk it almost always mean they have a big hand.

With that knowledge this looks like a tough decision to me.

With no flush draw out there, a pair and a straight draw is fair part of villains range, only some villains will make such a move top pair with an open ender/gutsa. This in my opinion is the only part of his range we are beating apart from QJ, AK, 10's. Often you'll see QQ, JJ, A10, 109, KQ here, readless fold but I don't hate a call if you think he can make the push with TPOE also if you think he's a bit of a monkey call.

As for what's said the chatbox I don't think you should let it effect your thinking on a random player, sometimes they lie sometimes they tell the truth just depends on the person.

I fold here because the few situations we are beating him in he is still drawing live, while when we are beat here we are drawing very slim.

The chat makes me want to fold as it looks like 910 not wanting to get sucked out on by AK, set, two pair. Looking at it without the chat villain can easily be shoving K10, J10, Q10, QJ which sways this to a call.

Lol that sucks. Villain may be just the kind of megadonkey to do just that.

Call, if he shows a straight, report him to support for talking about his cards mid-hand /images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Seriously? I doubt button has AT, might have T9, more likely has a pair+T, worse 2 pair, I think i call and make a note.

I wouldnŽt raise KJs there pf, but if you do, raise more. On the flop I would just gamble, villain is sitting there with 77 bb so it is likely he sucks. IŽd call, you are 22% vs a straight anyway. Villain could absolutely play AK or QJ like this.

Edit: The two most likely hands we are losing to are 9T and KQ, I think AT and a set are much less likely.

if he has the straight would he raise this much ?
i would mostly just call here not expecting a straight

Is this against ToC on most sites? I always thought you were allowed to talk if you were in the hand, but should'nt if you are'nt involved. I've done this before to induce a call when I shove and I've put villain on a 2nd best hand.
