Villian is unknown, this is his 4th hand at the table and I've open raised 3 of them. Hand before I opened with 99 and folded to a TAG 3-bet.

I thought his line was pretty fishy so I decided to look him up - this is okay?

So you're hoping he reraised you with QQ, TT or lower, or KQ, then decided to push the flop? I think against any reasonable range you have to fold. If he bluffed you out with 88 or something, oh well.

btw, if he's at all decent, your hand is pretty face-up as a big pair or air.

Without some more experience playing with this guy, it would be a fold for me. Without strong reads, you can't really assume that he is going to re-raise you with a hand you're beating here.
