Villain horrible station donk 71/27/1, 70 hands.

I need to check on 3 things here:

1. My river bet is to get value from non-boat A's that will often check behind if I check. It's also something of a blocker because I want to see SD. Is my thinking correct here?

2. When he rr, I'm being offered 4/1 on my money. Now, when he rr me, I am almost certain the bastard has somehow filled up. But if I only need to be good 20% of the time, is that close enough that this could be Ax or a worse flush? Seems just on the boorderline to me.

3. A turn 3bet is dumb, right?

Thanks.

I'd call. He could have any A.

I like a turn 3 bet and get the money in. A 71/21 will happily get his money in with trip aces, I really think you're ahead of his range.

Given that he just called preflop and didn't reraise with something like AQ or QQ, I might consider raising on the turn in hopes to get it all in on river.. Unlikely chance he has you beat here and might even also have a smaller flush on you.
