Villian is 22.66/13.21/1.54 over a couple hundred hands and appears to be decent.

This is clearly a misclick. I've played with him a while and he's never done this before and he appears decently solid. I was 98% sure this was a misclick. SO what do you do?

Does it change your mind if 15 seconds or so later he said, "2 rather".

Well, you're definitely not calling.. that is not an option this hand... with Jacks, you do not want to see a flop, either shove or fold. My conservative nature would tell me to fold since you're losing 1 BB instead of possibly racing for it or being an 80-20 dog..
