I just call. You're not getting a bad price to draw, and I'm pretty sure your set outs are still good if you hit those on the turn as well. Villain likely has a high pair or high cards, since I don't think this type of villian is likely to be 3 betting pf with 99, and other mid pairs

I'd be tempted to try to Jam Villian off the hand here, you have a lot of outs, could be up against overcards rather than overpair, and will pickup a good table image from the move. Given that the guy raised you pretty hard before the flop it seems like quite a small cbet with both a flush and a staight draw out there.

I raise. There's a very good chance that you have the best hand here. You can't be certain that he has an overpair. He could have a couple of high cards. If you get action...you have outs.

Again. This is why I like raising/leading the flop. By calling on flop, you've left yourself in murky water and did not improve. Now your decision is much tougher.
