For you folks in the Bay Area, or those visiting Bay 101 & Garden City, the BEST Mexican food in the South Bay can be found at Lina's, in Milpitas.

Across the street from The Great Mall of the Bay Area, it's very easy to drive right past this place, as it looks like a dumpy old dive bar. Inside, well, it IS a dive bar, but it's also a full-service restaurant. Everything is made fresh on the premises. The highlight is Lina's home-made tortillas - they kick major ass, whether in a burrito or using it to mop up the sauce on your entree platter.

I am moving back to San Jose from the East Coast very shortly, and one of the first things I'm gonna do once I'm unpacked is hit this place up! Living in original NASCAR territory is not conducive to decent Mexican food.
