Villain is 52/4/1.5
Villain's line has me confused with the turn check raise and then the check on the river, so I'm not sure what my line is on the river. Comments on all streets welcome.

push the turn. only thing that beats you is AJ, and he has that like almost never.

...or a boat.

I check behind because I'm weak and I've been sexied here too many times.

Funny, I had an almost exactly similar hand yesterday and lost a stack to AJ...I pushed the turn, lost my stack and after a second of moaning, didn't regret it.

Easy push, he can still improve, you can not.

he can't have a boat on the turn.

I dunno about this. This guy is'nt very aggressive. I figured him for the Jack after the turn raise. From my experience a turn minraise from a generally passive player = strong hand. If he does have a Jack, then AJ is probably the most common we see here since there is already a K, Q, Ten and a 9 out. His vpip is high over 50 hands but he hasnt been calling raises with all of that. Probably more like 20% there, but over a small sample so meh. It could also be a slowplayed set, though I wonder if this guy raises with 4 cards to a straight on the board.

The weirdest thing about this hand is his river check. What can he raise the turn with and not bet this river?

Yeah, sorry, should have paid more attention.

If he has AJ then he pushes the river and you get stacked anyway. So whether you're behind AJ is pretty irrelevant.

Just push and get the money out of 2-pair/set right now.

well, if he has a set it just made a boat on the river. so you're beat by that or AJ.

i would still bet for value. at these stakes, i think you get called by alot worse hands. it's possible he just has a J himself, making a split pot.

Just for clarification, my previous post was talking about the turn. Forgot to mention that.
