Villian is 21.88/13.08/1.58 over 500+ hands and appears to be a thinking player.

Does this look good or would you play it differently?

that seriously, seriously depends on how often you 3 bet shove. i was just about to post a hand kinda like this in terms of betting pattern. it really really depends on your image and how often he's been playing back at you.

You need to have quite a lot of FE to make this play because the pot is small in relation to your bet and when he calls your J and often your A aren't outs. Will he raise your cbet with a draw? Will he call your cbet with a TP or raise it? How often does he have air here? Have you made this play recently and shown down a strong hand or a draw? Just factors to consider. It looks like villain is decent so he should know when to fold, this definately isn't my standard line though because I like to have a read to make this play and I don't think your draw is all that good vs his calling range.

If you do this with sets and over pairs then it is fine. He is rather passive which leads to him having a set more often, but you are ahead of a lot of his range if he raises you with any type of combo draw.
