this may have been a bad fold. what do you guys think?

This looks fine. You're not getting the odds to call with a gutshot plus some tainted A, K outs.

Pf looks fine to me. It's a pretty large raise, but that's fine because you play these levels 250BB deep (right?) so raises need to be larger.

what would you have raised it to? the pot was .19 cents with the call by CO.

Preflop is fine. Villain's weak lead will get raised by me often though, since it is usually a draw or some medium hand or air. I raise it to $1.2 and shut down afterwards. But I think people on 2NL/5NL are even worse calling stations than on 25NL/50NL. So this might be spew.

that is exactly why i called instead of raising. i ran into at least one calling station at each table and they ate my chips like candy.
