Yes, I know it's microlimits and seems like an obvious shove. First time I actually stopped & thought about folding KK PF.

CO is 53/20 muppet over 120ish hands.
Button is 15/7.5, over 850 or so hands. Good SD #'s, knows what he's doing.

with your read on the button, i'd probly puss out and fold. that may be the wrong play in this situation though.

Why is this fold or shove to you?

if CO calls, he will be all in, button at this point has committed 1/3 of his stack. all the monies are most likely going in.

Yeah, so what's wrong with calling?

Never fold KK pf in NL cash, unless you hate making money. I prob just shove.

It's your small blind in a tight 6max game with solid thinking players. You have 210 big blinds and the BB covers. There is a raise under the gun and a reraise from the CO. You decide to cold call and the BB pushes all in. You fold KK then?

shove, don't fold KK pf

Umm if we're assuming the button knows what he's doing, then that raise is most likely a raise to chase you out and isolate mr. big fishy. The button can be playing a range that crushes the CO's range, while KK crushes his range. CO could have anything, and do we think the button's range is really tighter than QQ+ and AK...I don't buy it. My range as the button there is probably like TT+ and AK, maybe even a hand or 2 more.

I know its only 25NL but if Button knows something he might be trying to isolate an overagressive CO.... i still shove
edit: with weak hands such as AQ, 88+

Why the hell would you cold call, Out of position and deep stacked? Okay, you'll just have to trust me at least at Micro stakes, don't even hesitate to call off all your chips w/ KK PF.

I may not gamble w/ my life w/ KK pre flop. But, it's +EV.

With solid thinking player this is an easier call then with TAG's or fishes.
UTG raise doesn't necessary equal huge hand in 6max BB can see your call as weakness and decides to squeeze.

btw, I don't think I'll cold call OOP. Not even with K's. I'm not that good playing OOP.

there are times when you can fold KK pf. they are rare, but it is possible. This DEF. isn't one of those times.

TY for responses. I did "puss out" and fold. BTW the reasoning for shove vs. cold call was basically stated above - it was for 3rd of his stack, and there was almost no way I could see myself laying this down on any flop.

Flop came Kxx, CO had crap, button had AK. I kicked myself for 15 minutes.
