This is not a terrible fold. I don't fold however because I just don't believe him.

As played looks fine... don't think there's much value in a river bet w/o a read. I wouldn't be thrilled about calling a river bet but you are gonna induce a bluff from missed heart draw etc. more often than a worse hand will call a river bet.

Check call river.
As played good fold, this is rarely a bluff.
