SB was a pretty loose player running at about 44/4 and CO was pretty solid.

How is the flop? Is this a good spot to check/raise or after the raise by the CO would this have been a good spot to push it all in and get rid of the SB?
On the turn is this an easy fold with a player to act after me?

I fold the turn. Your outs are dirty to the point that I would only count them as about 6 at most, which means you don't have odds, even if CO comes along.

CO could easily have a set here and SB with his stats could be doing this with a flush draw, Q9, or who the hell knows what else.

In general I will not take the lead on a 2 toned board against 2 villains holding just a straight draw, I will wait for a safe card on the turn for pot size control.

I'd likely just call the flop. You really need significant fold equity to make shoving work. CO might fold AJ, but SB has cold called a reraise for 1/3 of his stack. Getting them both to fold is a bit of a long shot, IMO.

I'd fold the turn with a dude behind. You may have odds to call SB with possibly 14 outs but they may not all be clean and I wouldn't want to face a shove over the top from CO.

He was saying that K and Q could be outs as well.

SBs Q9 just made a straight and you aren't getting the odds to outdraw him...easy fold
