Villain could have a draw, but you're OOP and have no idea where you stand. Just fold and move on.

Even if this is a drawing hand this could a pair and a straight draw or some sort of combo draw. You only beat a weak T at this point and even if you call here you are OOP and clueless. A raise here only gets a weak T to fold as villain may take a combo draw or definitely a made hand to a showdown.

I dump this one easily, especially after the flop raise although I do favor leading on the flop like you did.
