Villian is 24.64/7.58/.75 over 211 hands

Can I make this value bet here or is this too thin?
What do you think he has?

Yeah, you can value bet this hand. 2 low pairs call you, a good king calls too (maaaybe AK).

I'm thinking villian possibly holds a hand like Kx or Qx. If we bet the river will a worse hand call? I think the answer is often yes so I like a river bet here.

When villian bets the flop, thats the first thing I thought of. I think you see a worse hand than yours often enough to bet river.

Yeah, but checking the river when he gets there is atypical.

Nice value bet, I raise flop a little more and bet turn closer to pot on turn to set up a psb river shove in case of a blank.
