He seems to be a thinking player.

Bet more on turn and more on river! As played I think you have to call because you induce a bluff betting 1/2pot.

I don't know, you've shown some real strength throughout the hand and he still doesn't seem scared. I'd probably muck it.

I agree with betting more on the turn especially. I'd likely check/call the river. I don't see you getting a ton of value from a worse hand and ppl often bluff a missed flush draw if they sense weakness.

I was going to suggest c/r turn, but he has a pretty low aggression number. River is a fold as played, but c/c is better.

I want to talk about this a little more.

I suppose his range here is made up of mostly midpairs and draws:

If I check the river I'd assume he'd usually check with the mid-pairs and maybe he'd bluff with some missed draws, but I don't really think that's too likely considering the aggression I've shown and his AF.

So I bet small hoping to get a call from one of those mid-pairs, which I admit may be unusual for him to call 3 streets with 1.

Looking at it maybe I am getting called so infrequently that check call and picking off an infrequent bluff is still better.....?

Easy fold.
He has you crushed.

If you want him to call with a mid pair you need to take a bluffier looking line. Betting two streets and then value betting the river for half pot doesn't look like a bluff so I doubt he calls with a bluff catcher. He might have turned a bluff catcher into a bluff with his push but I doubt it at these levels.

I just lost a 600 BB pot the other night just like this when I raised the SB with AK and flop was KK3... he ended up having 33 on me, did you ever consider him having 55 here or a better J? Tough spot imo, but I'd probably make the call
