Typical 25NLers. I was really confused here for some reason, though.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter (http://www.legopoker.com/hh))

SB: $29.50
<font color="black">Hero (BB): $39.25</font>
UTG: $22.65
MP: $24.30
CO: $4.25
<font color="black">BTN: $48.25</font>

<font color="black">Preflop:</font> Hero is dealt Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif Q/images/graemlins/heart.gif (6 Players)
3 folds, BTN calls $0.25, SB calls $0.15, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.50</font>, <font color="red">BTN raises to $4</font>, SB folds, Hero calls $2.50

<font color="black">Flop:</font> ($8.25) K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif 7/images/graemlins/heart.gif 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">BTN bets $13</font>, Hero folds
Uncalled bet of $13 returned to BTN

Pot Size: $8.25 ($0.40 Rake)

Why are you confused? A reraise PF at NL25 usually means AA/KK/QQ/AK. QQ is highly unlikely and you're crushed by the rest of villains range so it's an easy fold.

This is fine. On a flop like this I'm checking a lot of hands, so I'm not scared of getting bluffed out by JJ/TT, which aren't a large part of villain's range anyway.

u played it perfect. people arent 3 betting light and tha K makes up tha range that u were ahead of now. his range was AK JJ+ unless u have a specific read so u r obv crushed.

who cares bout his overbet. let him pull these stunts and next time when u hit harder u can pone his ass. just gotta b patient and wait for better spots.

Flop a set next time and take his whole stack. As played, folding QQ is absolutely fine as villain's reraising range has you crushed.
