Now granted, I did suck out. But should I be able to get away from this hand on the turn?

Just stopped lurking and started posting so feel free to call names, throw things at, etc.

Do you have any read on villian? What hands would he be limping with UTG then calling a raise, cold calling flop bet, then raising turn? Possibly a weaker 2 pair, but this pretty much screams set to me. As played, yay river.

If your opponent is tight, then his play stinks of 66/88.

But I get it in here almost always.

This is fine.

If the turn was a Q a J or a T of clubs then a fold would be standard if the villain is decent

If you use a converter likeLego poker (http://www.legopoker.com/) (the best of them). You'll get more responses and instantly get more ladies.

I agree, I don't see how this is a fold...I also would probably hit it harder PF playing 130 BBs deep, especially if going 3 to the flop in a raise pot is common.

After the 6 dollar turn bet you can't get away. Guy could also have AK but probably a set. Just pay it off and move on. Take solace that 95% of players would also stack off here. Also, you have outs..as is evidenced by that sick peel on the river /images/graemlins/wink.gif

I expect to see a set, but I have to call.
