Way nitty fold?

I know my line here sucked - villain is 40/10 over a very small sample (maybe 30 hands).

Some thoughts:
- button re-raised from button, not the blinds. he's more likely to have a real hand here
- obviously my line sucks. I needed to decided if I wanted it all in or not. A check on the flop would also give AK an opportunity to bet

Other ideas?
