Villain is 32/1.5/1 over ~50 hands

I jam the turn here to prevent the draw, standard. Is it fine to check this river? I figure my value is already there and I need to just end this hand.

The only hands I see calling a bet on the river are AJ/AQ. I am behind to the set and the flush, I doubt this is two-pair.

With the flush and straight possibilities I'd just check and not be too greedy. However, it also depends on the villain I guess.
