Villain in this hand is 19.5/14/3 w/ a flop agg of 5.5 and a turn agg of 1.1

I used to raise this on the flop 100% of the time but this obviously either took it down or I had to give it up. I have been trying to call this from position a little more. I thought this was especially a good spot given the villains aggression change from flop to turn. Suggestions on all streets welcome.

This is a raise/fold situation for me on the flop. In this case I think it is a pretty clear cut fold.
