Villains passive line until the river is probably a flush or two pair. Why would he bet now unless he has you beat? As played, fold.

Preflop is ok. I'd raise more on the flop, there's $1.60 in the pot, $1.90 when it's your turn to act. I'd bet $1.5-$2. On the turn you need to bet more, at least $2.5. That 4 of hearts most likely didn't help anyone.

raise more on the flop, you are giving the villain 1:5. i would probably bet a little more on the turn. another block bet is just as likely as a value bet here, so i definitely call down on the river.
