No reads, is 2nd pair + 4flush enough to push here?

Sb is making a very strong play here, probably with a strong made hand that wants to price out any draws. I'd guess two pair or a set of 7s, maybe a combo draw, KTh/T9h - i don't know how aggressive these games play. If he's passive preflop he could have ATh/KJh/KQo/QTo.

I'm not convinced you have enough fold equity here, and I think you're behind his range, so I don't think this is a very good spot.

fold to reraise.
putting 100BB in 3BB pot with such a weak hand is no good idea.
When you raise you should always have prepared your play against reraise. When you made your initial 1.6$ raise you really intended to put all money in?
without reads - this is spew imho.

I think the power of this move is the fold equity. He basicly needs a ~12 out draw or set to call here. Maybe 2pair. When he 3bets you he says his hand is very strong so i doubt you have fold equity here. I'd fold to the 3bet as we dont have the nut flush draw.
