Is it standard?
Do you think trying for a freecard at turn is better?
Do you think I had to c/c river?

I had no reads about this guy, so I put him on a Ak or flush draw

I think I would play this the exact same way, except my flop RR would be to ~10 and im not really sure what I would do if the river blanked.

I'm thinking of 3-betting preflop..

and i dont get the flop c/r at all

lead flop hoping to trap money from CO

check the turn regardless of what happens on flop really

and by the time you get to the river, for the love of god shove when you are now actually beating AK

I fold this preflop without a read on the button.
3-betting is better than flatcalling.

I don't mind the check-raise, but I would make it ~12.
Deciding how much to bet river is pretty read dependant, but I think I would bet a little over half pot.

You c/r is too small, besides that its fine

@evg: I really don't think we'll see AK from CO here after his limp-calling preflop.

I'd prefer to lead flop and turn, and timid as I am, c/c the river to induce some bluffs and thin "value" bets from villain putting me (correctly so) on a missed draw.

And fwiw, if you put him on a missed fdraw, then let him bluff the river.

I agree that 3 betting is better than flat calling but do we really want to play a big pot with such a weak holding? With no read on the button shouldn't this be a fold pre-flop?

BTW as they are suited, there is nothing wrong with not 3betting.

this is such an easy 3bet seriously.

if you are consistently folding here, you're giving up tons of free money because you're seeing a flop MAYBE 50% of the time here once you 3bet.

and you probably aren't very good postflop because this isn't a particularly hard spot to play even if you flat-call

Fold or raise pf. As for flop play I b/3b ai. Your c/r is too small though I'd make it 11-13. Turn is a check the 6 doesn't change anything so if villain thought he was ahead before that card doesn't change his opinion. River is a clear vb I'd go a little more though 22-28 sounds good.
