Opponent is unknown - miniscule sample says he is donkish but not very aggressive...I doubt he is capable of this sort of river bluff unless he is blind and thinks that trips are good here.

Call or fold? I agonized and banked but couldn't make the call.

Good disciplined fold IMO. A non- aggressive villain has a better hand here most of the time, although it is true that if hes a donkey then he could be 'value' betting with trips or the same straight occasionally, but meh not gonna happen often enough.

Ugh...... I think, best case scenario is we split, but I think a fold is good here, QK seems well within his range too

I think villain has to be very donkish to call a turn bet with a lone 7. Let alone the preflop raise and the flop bet. The only trip hand is probably A7 and there are few combos left for that. This really looks like a slowplay. I put him on a boat, a higher straight or at best a split here. The straight on the board is so obvious that I can't believe that he will bet the exact pot size with an overpair or something like that here.
