When button raises to $10.75.... I think you are toast, but he only has $2.60 behind him so you have to put him all-in.

That said, the only thing you are beating given the play is J9
I doubt a bare K is gonna play like this and a strong one would have raised PF esp on the button.

So either you win he has J9, or you are toast to 22 or KJ.....of course he might have a spade flush... but normally they push these right away, instead of these incremental raises
