Villain is 21/12/1.6, seems pretty solid and I haven't noticed anything out of line from him so far.

Hero (SB): $63.25
BB: $59.40
UTG: $108
MP: $63.81

I think I like a checkraise here.. if he checks behind, you can check the river and call a smallish bet, but the 9 is a blank (for the most part) so if you think he's a station, you can bet again, but I like checking to induce a bluff, then if you think he's committed, you can checkraise; if not, just check/call and see what he does on the river.

This is nl50 right? So he minraised pre?

Bet 25 and fold to a RR.

Edit: Oops, sorry.. Clicked submit too soon.

I get the rest of my money in on the river if Villain just calls. I think you're way ahead of his range.

Yes, PF was a minraise, which really confused me. I figure a solid player wouldn't be minraising??

FWIW, if I bet 25 it leaves me with ~20 left and commits me here (ie, I'd be getting around 5:1 if I'm raised). My real problem with the hand is the stack sizes, but I think a cr may be alright..

What should I put in his range that calls the flop?

89s,67s, maybe 66,77,22 (not sure if he raises a set here) 88-TT, A7s is less likely to call PF I think.

It really depends on how often he calls 3-bets preflop. If it's just pocket-pairs 88+ and AK-AQ (somewhat close to what a 21/12 may be, probably tighter though), I just don't see how you can fold.

I would definitely check to him on the turn so if he was floating you with overcards, he'll probably take a stab at it, and then you can cr and hopefully get a call from 88/TT or some overcards.

I just don't see you check/folding, bet/folding or anything that leads to folding here in a semi-reraised pot with all undercards.

Hero bets $35 ...... as a note, I cant believe you got 4 callers PF with that R/R too

Also, if I'm betting 35 I might as well shove...
