Preflop I raised so big because BB and UTG are willing to call big raises if they have any chips in the pot. 3 Times this session (30 hands) i have opened with a big raise, continued on the flop with my over pair, and they both folded.

The last time i had QQ the board was similiar, with these two callers, and the same guy played back at me with a pair of J's and i stacked him.

Any comments suggestions on the hand?

ok you basically have to put $18 into a pot currently at $23. This seems reasonable to me.

i think we are way ahead of villain's range. Given your reads and description of previous hands i really don't see any problem about this hand. I play it the same.
You posted this hand because you lost it, didn't you?

Actually i did not lose. He was sitting with a set of 5's and i drew out to a Q. The reason I was asking is because I want to make sure i'm thinking properly. I am going to try to keep posting more of my bigger hands here to make sure i'm playing correctly.

Thanks
