Consider 3betting pre-flop occasionally. I fold this flop every time. Chasing an inside straight draw isn't worth while let alone on a monotone board. We are drawing to 0 clean outs. Let this one go.

what are you expecting here? it's 4way pot and you have no spade, no pair, a gutshot.
played perfectly.

fold pre or 3bet preflop is also an option depending on some reads on villains.
