Given that he did the unforgiveable and limped UTG, one would expect Axs/KT/QJ/KJ/QT/Q9s/JT/sml PP thats my assessment

Is your flop bet a standard C-bet size for you? He may interpret that as weakness which makes the hand harder to play and his actions harder to trust.

Overall your betting pattern in this hand is so weird that a thinking player is going to look you up out of pure curiosity. There's also the fact that with a fold to C-bet of 64% he most likely has a pretty big piece of that flop. I don't think I like it much, but it probably works sometimes.

Please check/fold this river... you are kind of representing a monster, but the average player at 50NL, especially a 1.28 AF guy, does not care and is calling with many hands. You are also kind of representing a missed draw.

this is so bad. youre semibluffing with a 5 high flush into 3 people on a draw heavy board. this is a tiny pot that everyone limped into. just check this flop and only call if someone else behind you calls a bet.
