I don't like playing OOP much, so I would prolly 3-bet this pf.

I think you should have either bet or check-raised the turn because it is more likely villain has one heart then two, especially as he may well have a pair.

Also if the river was not a heart and you knew your opponent was a loose player then you could make a value bet, but the check on the actual river is fine.

I'm not sure if I like a turn raise here since villain could have the flush already, but an Ax is a big part of villains range. If villain has Ah he's free rolling against you. He also may shove with the Ac or Ad and push you off a hand that probably would of split the pot.

I agree though you have to 3bet this preflop.
