This is a good question, the reason that A10 is raised from everywhere (except blinds in some cases) is because poeple consistently play raggedy aces and tens, as well as its big straight value which is profitable when you are up agaisnt two pair, ace two on the otherhand has little striaght value that will connect with calling hands and only really has the ace to connect with and even if we get there we're its ambiguous if we are good. Don't get me wrong, I will raise A2o OTB, but sometimes, probably like 40% of the time, based on my table image and recent activity at the tables, as well as who is in the blinds.

Yeah mine was the first and is the best IMO, even though it was just a hackjob based on Gregg777's FTP Mods thread. It was still a lot of work to convert though. Please download it and enjoy. It's pretty much my only significant contribution to 2+2.
