Standard fold I think. Also depends on your read too. You cant beat any set, any flush, any streight. Your opponent played this like a donkmatic fish and I cant see him turning up anything other than a flush or a streight.

Against an unknown, I fold.
People love chasing flushes at micro.
Straight also got there, although it's unlikely he had something like A4 or 64. I think you see QJs here a lot.

I know what you mean, I am just shocked, even at these stakes a villan would call my turn bet

??? Standard. I play $50 tables and people call PSBs on the turn with less outs then a flush draw.

I think this is A2,A3,A4,A5,AQ,AJ,AT or a complete bluff often enough to make a call on the river correct.

I think you should fold here, he got there with the flush or he's bluffing you or made a worse two pair. I really don't think you beat enough of his range.

I think if we call it's just because we are pissed that a big stinky heart landed and instantly think bull [censored]. I have this problem also and will generally call and almost always they show you the flush.

Keep in mind you only have to be good here like 30% of the time for this to be a good call.

This is tough. My gut is that you're beat - all the draws got there. You really aren't beating much except maybe AQ/AJ? I probably fold even if you are getting better than 3:1 unless I have some significant read otherwise.
