No real read on villian, only 10 hands or so, but he had shown down a nut flush a couple hands ago which he'd played aggressively as well.

Even completely readless, I'm generally somewhat wary of a 10-donk who bets multiple streets like this. How often am I beat here?

I see them betting like this with drawing hands very often. I wouldve reraised him on the turn again, just to define where you at

How often are you beat? good question.... I dont think your beat here AT/KT and the fact you slowed down makes him think his hand is good.
The river bet seems to be a "Please" call me bet....the turn bet seemed odd...with a set or 2pr i would expect at least a $2.50 bet.

I think the turn was a kinda block bet.... nevertheless I think its an easy call and would expect to see KT/AT the way it was played

River is an easy call. Villain probably has at least 2p, but oh well. I think this is about 50/50-40/60 against you and you def don't win this less that 25% at SD, and having 4:1 pot odds it is an easy call. How about raising the turn though?

Got to raise that turn up, he can be pricing himself into lots of draws.
