I make it at least 18 river like others have said and 2 on the flop, otherwise well played. These little BBs do add up.

I actually think a min raise on the river is warranted in this case.
It looks like Villain min-raises to cut off bluffs/protect weak hands against draws. You can use his tendencies against him by waiting a bit, then throwing in a min raise.
He's still folding with air, but if he has TP, he might raise over you.

~18 on the River is good though.
