This is a pretty clear application of the Baluga Theorem. Even if villain didn't have you beat on the flop, the fact that a possible draw and a card higher than your pair makes your situation worse. Your straight draw is no good since villain's all-in makes sure you have no implied odds.

tempted to fold to the flop raise as played the Turn is a fold no implied odds
