That said, I think you played it fine.
You obviously see KQ here a lot, but depending on Villains read on you, you see AQ here sometimes.
I don't play limit enough to make this fold for 2BB (one on turn, expected bet on river) though, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

Hm. I can see few hands that you beat other than weak kings and queens. And a busted flushdraw maybe which is pretty unlikely since almost all high diamonds are already out. So against an unknown, I don't like this spot. You are getting 11:1 on your call, though, so he has to be bluffing only 8% of the time. This is a really thin call still, imo.
