The shortie to my left/CO was tilting a bit after I flopped a set/he turned his baby flush/I rivered my boat. The big blind was fairly tight and straightforward. I don't like my overbet, but could I have pulled the big stack along for more?

That's an interesting multi-way spot to lead the flop.

My only suggestion for your turn play is to bet pot.

highly advise you fold this preflop. Why are you betting the flop with just a gutshot and overcards? bet more like 6 on the turn.
