open shove river? You miss out on getting value from Ax hands by doing that and get called by KTo+,2pair assuming villain is passive and limps with that sort of range.

Easy call

this is one of those times i get a weird gut feeling, but based on odds and pot size i dont think i could fold

same feeling here:

UTG: $92.05
MP: $76.25
CO: $37.45
Hero (BTN): $41.65

Preflop: Hero is dealt K/images/graemlins/heart.gif Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif (6 Players)
UTG raises to $1.75, MP calls $1.75, CO folds, Hero calls $1.75, 2 folds

Flop: ($6) Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif A/images/graemlins/club.gif Q/images/graemlins/heart.gif (3 Players)

Against a shorty short shorts push, ez call.

If he had a bigger stack, then you have a tougher decision.

Bonus advice: Start getting lucky and sucking out a bit, it makes NL50 seem so much easier.

check the flop. I'd probably call the river but not like it much.

When are you betting middle pair and when are you checking? I'm terrible at this.

Does anyone else ever get those weird feelings even when your holding a near unbeatable hand? I get it alot but its on hands that are near impossible to even consider folding. Then when I lose I kick myself for not dropping it and show it to my friends and they say theres no way you can fold. I feel I could have on both of these hands and should have. Am I just a nut job and getting coolered or should I go with my gut?

hand one I never fold more because of stack sizes than anything else. Im not a huge fane if just calling in the small blind with hands like this prob fold/raise preflop I dont hands like K7s cause they overlap too much with hands typical villains limp with.

Hand 2 I donk really like a call preflop either even on the button rather have a SC or PP here but im nitty.

The A high flop isn't good because people love Ax. And the board is not draw heavy. So basically, no worst hands can really call you and you build the pot with a marginal hand. If you don't improve, even gutshots can just bet the turn and take it down against you.

Yeh the A changes that aspect. Not to mention I had to start the action. Damn, just looking at how that hand played pre and on the flop for me kinda makes me sick haha. I guess I wasnt paying attention at the start.

Say it came up something like 5 7 10 rainbow, would that be an alright board to bet out my mid pair 7s?
