I'm a new player and this was my first hand playing .02/.05 (as opposed to .01/.02). I couldn't get the suit graphics to work so bear with the letters.

6 Player NL Hold'em .02/.05
SB: ($4.03 in chips)
Newbie: ($10)
UTG: ($5.87)
2nd: ($2.57)
3rd: ($9.26)
4th: ($6.12)

Dealt to Newbie [Jd Kh]
UTG: calls $0.05
2nd: folds
3rd: calls $0.05
4th: calls $0.05
SB: folds
Newbie: raises $0.10 to $0.15
UTG: calls $0.10
3rd: calls $0.10
4th: calls $0.10

*** FLOP *** [3c Ks 2c] (pot = .60)
Newbie: bets $0.55
UTG: raises $0.55 to $1.10
3rd: folds
4th: folds
Newbie: calls $0.55

*** TURN *** [3c Ks 2c] [4c] (pot = 2.80)
Newbie: checks
UTG: bets $3.50
Newbie: calls $3.50

*** RIVER *** [3c Ks 2c 4c] [Js]
Newbie: checks
UTG: bets $0.95
Newbie: raises $0.95 to $1.90
UTG: calls $0.17 and is all-in

*** SHOW DOWN ***
Newbie: shows [Jd Kh] (two pair, Kings and Jacks)
UTG: shows [Ac 8c] (a flush, Ace high)
UTG collected $11.51 from pot

I didn't put him on a flush draw, because he'd raised me on the flop. I may have folded on the turn if he'd just called. I was putting him on a king, which was probably stupid, but I've won some big pots off low kicker kings in the past.

fold preflop, KJo is just trash from that position imo.
If you play it make it 4bb+1bb per limper, so in this case 0.35
Fold to overbet on turn, even if you did not put him on a flush draw, I dont see why, but even then you should not call an overbet with TPWK.
On the river I would not check reraise the guy, cause he has shown so much strength already. Good for you you hit your 2nd pair, but no spot to c/re.

Thanks for your input. I think you're right, I should have just checked with KJo.
With three limpers in a loose (50 % to flop or so) 6 player game I didn't consider my Jack to be a weak kicker. I've been paid off by bad overaggressive players many times, but at a new table I definitely should have given him credit for something better than I had.

I wonder if I should have folded to his raise on the flop? I also wonder if I bet too much with 3 other players in the head and without position?
