I think it's fine. Since Villain is short-stacked, you probably don't have as much folding equity as usual, but the inital smallish donkbet does also suggest that Villain's hand may not be that strong.

If we plan on calling a push when we raise to $10.5, why do we not push ourselves? I know it's a massive overbet, but it can only gain more FE and vs a set we go all-in anyway (edit: I mean, we raise, he pushes, we have to call because of pot odds).
